InformaGiovani The Association is currently selecting volunteers for a project of the European Voluntary Service to be held in Ukraine for one year, beginning in June 2011.
Volunteers (two Italians) will be involved, along with volunteers of our association partners SVIT ( http://www.svit-ukraine.org/ ) activities in human rights education with young people and local students.
the Italian volunteers guaranteed food, housing, insurance, local travel costs and language courses, as well as coverage of the trip there and back and a small sum to be managed independently.
The selection will be based initially on the resume and cover letter to candidates and after a telephone conversation between those whose CVs have been selected.
The selection will end Jan. 25 and the final decision by the European Commission will be taken before April 1, 2011.
Requirements:
- of specific interest to the theme of human rights education, with specific reference to gender issues and / or children's rights;
- possible precedenti esperienze nel settore, eventualmente anche in ambito non formale
- disponibilità per l'intera durata del progetto (giugno 2011 - maggio 2012)
- la conoscenza anche basilare del russo può essere considerata come un vantaggio, ma non è formalmente richiesta, in considerazione del fatto che comunque tutti i volontari usufruiranno di un corso di lingua all'arrivo.

Scadenza e modalità di candidatura
Le candidature vanno inviate ENTRO IL 31 DICEMBRE in inglese o russo all'indirizzo email evs@informa-giovani.org specificando UCRAINA nell'oggetto del messaggio.
Vanno inviati una lettera di motivazione specifica per il progetto ed un curriculum in inglese o russo.
