Struttura ospitante
Possono attivare tirocini formativi, le imprese operanti nei settori socio-sanitari localizzate nella Regione Campania o che abbiano sedi di attività afferenti il medesimo territorio. Non sono ammissibili tirocini formativi corrispondenti a periodi di praticantato previsti dalla normativa vigente (apprendistato, cfl, tirocini estivi di orientamento etc). La possibile compresenza di più destinatari presso la medesima azienda deve be related to the size and organization chart of the company, as required by the "Manual of the Managing Authority of OP ESF Campania 2007 - 2013" approved by Council Resolution No. 1959 December 5, 2008, published on BURC No 14 of 03.02.2009. Each internship project, being disadvantaged under the Management Manual ESF p. 1.21.2.2., May provide a maximum number of Fellows, of: * 2
fellows, for companies with 0 to 5 employees hired with permanent contracts at each place of business concerned;
* 4 fellows for businesses having 6 to 19 employees hired with permanent contracts at each place of business concerned;
* 6 fellows, for companies that exceed the 19 employees hired with permanent contracts at each place of business concerned.

Nominations for the implementation of projects can be submitted by public, private and nonprofit organizations working in health and social sectors. The areas are those with codes ATECO given out in 2007.
Each training provides a cost shared as follows:
1. monthly training grant of € 500 (five hundred) for a period of 6 months;
2. reimbursement of expenses and the company hosting the social security costs and insurance for each student.

Submission of Applications Applications may be submitted exclusively by electronic transmission. As of February 1, 2011 will be enabled platform for online registration and fill in forms by accessing the link "Campania to work!" on the website of the Campania Region http://www.regione.campania.it/ .
