La CSD - Diaconia Valdese cerca giovani fra i 18 e i 28 anni interessati a svolgere un progetto di volontariato foreign long-term (6 to 12 months) in humanitarian assistance and education (youth centers, children, disabled and elderly, etc.)..
Volunteering abroad is an important growth, autonomy, intercultural learning and knowledge of one or more foreign languages. In other European countries such as Germany, volunteering abroad is now a part of the training for every young person.
To participate in the projects should not be part of the Waldensian Church.
The CSD - Valdese Diakonia has several partner organizations in Europe and South America. In particular, thanks to the network dell'EDYN (Ecumenical Diaconal Year) and other bilateral relations Italian young people can do their volunteering in different European countries: Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Holland, Hungary, Slovakia and United Kingdom. With Argentina has been recently established a collaboration with the socio-educational "El Sol", which deals with young mothers with dependent children in Parana, in the province of Entre Rios.
