The Province of Benevento has filed appeal to the Lazio Regional Administrative Court against the Ministry of Economic Development against the decision regarding the implementation of a gas turbine power plant the Company in the Light Industrial Valentino Ponte Benevento. A similar motion on same story was submitted by the Province a few days ago against the Campania Region with the competent Tar.
